How does Concrete leveling by Mudjacking/Slabjacking/Foamjacking/Polyleveling Work?
We use the most modern equipment and environmentally friendly foam to lift your concrete by injecting high-density polyurethane foam under the concrete. This method is similar to mudjacking but our innovative system, referred to as polyleveling or polyjacking, has many advantages over older mudjacking methods.
First, small holes about the size of a dime are strategically drilled into the areas of concrete that need to be leveled or lifted.
Next, an injection gun pumps the high-density polyurethane foam under the concrete. The foam then expands, compressing loose soil, filling voids, and raising the concrete. Our material cures quickly, leaving your concrete level and stabilized.
Lastly, the small holes are discretely patched and it’s ready to use.
The ‘LIFT it LEVEL’ advantage - Concrete Leveling and concrete Lifting
Save Money - by avoiding the cost of tear-out and replacement. Up to 70% savings.
Safety - concrete tripping hazards are a leading cause of injury and liability. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) states any vertical change over 1/4” is not in compliance.
Quick Cure Time - you’re able to use the concrete in as little as 15 minutes with our method - other techniques can take days.
Stability - our foams are extremely strong, lightweight, and water repellent. The foam we use fills the void, binds loose soil, and only weighs about 4 pounds per cubic foot which doesn’t overburden the soil. Compare that to other methods that can add 100-150 pounds per cubic ft (mudjacking). Plus, our foams won’t break down in the presence of water.
Smaller hole size - we drill small 5/8” holes (about the size of a dime) compared to traditional mudjackers that drill holes up to 2” or more.
Extreme lifting power - our polyurethane foams can support and lift substantial loads. In fact, many Departments of Transportation insist on polyurethane over mudjacking because of its durability, reliability, and strength.
Home Value - Curb appeal counts when selling a home.
Reduce potential water damage - sunken concrete has the potential to drain water in the wrong direction. Properly raised concrete directs water away from buildings and structures.
Green Materials - Our polyurethane foams are made with bio-based and/or recycled materials that last. The foam we use is non-toxic and non-hazardous. Does not leach into groundwater. Lifting reduces landfill waste when compared to tear-out and replacement of concrete.
